The Castlefields Partnership is about organisations, agencies and the local community working together to make Castlefields a better place to live. The formal Partnership consists of the Homes and Communities Agency, Halton Borough Council, Plus Dane Housing and Liverpool Housing Trust.

Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) is the single, national housing and regeneration delivery agency for England. Halton Borough Council is the local authority and landowner, responsible for the delivery of services in Castlefields including education, leisure and social services. Plus Dane (formerly CDS Housing) and Liverpool Housing Trust (LHT) are the two Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) that own most of the houses and flats in Castlefields.
