Oneplace Assessment: Programme recognised for delivering community focused regeneration and improving the quality of life for local people. Community involvement has given residents a sense of belonging and pride in their area.
Homes and Communities Agency Academy Awards: Castlefields Regeneration Partnership short-listed for 'Leadership of Place' Award.
Green Flag Award: Phoenix Park award winner.

RENEW Exemplar Learning Programme: Exemplar Status Award to Castlefields Regeneration.
Regional Property Awards: Winner of best partnership project for Phoenix Park Pavilion.
Royal Town Planning Institute North West Awards: Commendation received for Castlefields Regeneration Programme.
